01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "465bet", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 465bet platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 465bet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a player on the 465bet platform, used to access betting, casino, and payment services.
• "Platform" — the 465bet website, mobile interface, and any associated software or services accessible via https://465bet.app.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stakes placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balances awarded to a player under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required before certain account actions can be completed.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operative time zone for all platform activities, deadlines, and support hours.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 465bet Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 465bet. They apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on the 465bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 465bet operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing Bets.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 465bet or any affiliated entity.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.

Registration on the Platform is completed by providing a valid username, email address, and password. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. 465bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

04 Account Management

Each player may hold only one Account. If 465bet identifies that a player holds duplicate Accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances within them may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your Account login credentials secure. You must not share your password with any other person. 465bet will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or social media. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact [email protected] immediately.

465bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it believes a player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification requirements having been satisfied.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

465bet supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 465bet Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 465bet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of peak demand or where additional identity verification is required.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where KYC documentation has not been provided or verified.
• 465bet does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant promotion before they can be released as withdrawable real-money funds.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the prevailing rate and 465bet accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Players must not use the Platform as a money transfer or currency exchange service. Depositing funds and then withdrawing without engaging in genuine betting activity may be treated as an attempt to misuse the payment infrastructure and will result in Account suspension.

06 Betting Rules

All Bets placed on the 465bet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.

• A Bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. A confirmation message will be displayed and the stake will be deducted from your Account balance at that time.
• Once confirmed, Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a specific cash-out or edit-bet feature is available and has been explicitly offered for that market.
• 465bet reserves the right to void any Bet that has been placed at an obviously incorrect price arising from a technical error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases the stake will be returned to the player's Account.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Where no specific rule applies, Bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket Bets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Test matches — are subject to the Cricket Betting Rules published on the Platform and updated periodically by 465bet.
• Maximum payout limits apply on individual Bets and accumulator Bets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market before the Bet is confirmed.

Live in-play Bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time the Bet is submitted. 465bet accepts no responsibility for delays in the transmission of live data that may affect the odds available at the moment a live Bet is placed.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

465bet offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be stated within the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money funds by satisfying the stated wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Unmet bonus balances will expire at the end of the stated period.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion. Certain games (for example, live dealer tables or specific slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts or shared devices will result in forfeiture and Account suspension.
• 465bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any wagering already in progress being honoured.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 465bet Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with 465bet.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or in the name of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place Bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or pricing errors on the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which Bets are offered.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 465bet staff or other platform users.

09 Responsible Gaming

465bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all areas of its Platform. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge and can be activated through Account settings or by contacting [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at regular intervals to remind you of how long you have been active on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up messages displaying your net win/loss position during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure.

465bet will not send promotional materials to any player who has activated a self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's Account will be suspended and login will not be permitted. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new Account is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

10 Privacy & Data

465bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 465bet includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, address, email address, mobile number, and transaction history. This data is used for Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have opted in — the delivery of promotional communications.

465bet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to deliver the Platform's services. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection safeguards.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 465bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

465bet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

In no event shall 465bet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions exceed the total value of the deposits you have made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments

465bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 465bet will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The version of these Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent effective date (shown in the header of this page) shall govern the relationship between you and 465bet. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
